Commission Charge Per Item:

$1000.00 and up  -  8%
$500.00 to $999.99  -  10%
$150.00 to $499.99  -  15%
$0.00 to $149.99  -  20%

Maximum charge of $850.00 per item.
 Additional $15.00 charge per titled vehicle or trailer.
All titles are required at check-in time!

No Sale Charge:

$30.00 minimum or 6% of no sale price,
not to exceed $100.00 per item.

No sales must be declared immediately!  "No saled" items sold by the consignor
while on the premises are subject to the appropriate commission charge.

 

  • Check-in of equipment will begin Saturday, March 27th.

  • Free loading available three days following auction.

  • No loading or unloading of equipment after dark.

  • All items must be removed from the premises within 30 days.

  • Any items not removed will be sold on the next sale.

  • Checks mailed 10 – 15 days after auction.
